The receiving area at the lobby. It is very homey and not intimidating compared to other hotel lobbies. |
I went to Hotel Kimberly in Tagaytay City to check out their conference room. We will have a seminar next week and ocular inspection is vital in preparing the team building activities.
Here are some of the shots I took using iPhone 4S and Instagram filters.

The hotel lobby from the second floor. The furniture (even the carpet) are made of local materials (rattan and bamboo). It provided a warm and homey feel. The huge cylinder shaped chandeliers are also made of rattan and capiz. |
The receptionist offered this complimentary mango drink. So refreshing! |
At the second floor, you will be greeted by foyer tables with cherry blossoms. It looks serene. |
The white walls and native furniture provided a serene atmosphere. Look at those huge chandeliers! |
To add color, foyer tables were adorned with trinkets and Chinese porcelain vases like so. |
