I work as a marketer, and advertising is an inevitable task in my profession. Aside from conceptualizing the look and feel of an advertisement, our department is also responsible to look for contractors who are excellent at printing posters , campaigns, and all other printed marketing materials. Lo-fi filter Just trying out how versatile a camera an iPhone 4S can be. I took photos of these flowers around my grandmother's garden and I am impressed about the result. I used some Instagram magic here just to add a little drama to the photos taken by a wannabe professional photographer. By the way, follow my Instagram here . I can say that iPhone 4S + preset lens filters is the closest thing to owning a DSLR. Remember my post about the 10 things I will accomplish before the year ends? It includes owning a DSLR. So... I have a new blog called Online Kitchen . I love to cook and I have a lot of stories to tell about food. I can't believe that after all that I've been through just to have my internet connection back, I am now staring at my computer without anything in mind.  I hate ironies.  In the most recent book that I have read, Primal Management by Paul Herr , you have to give yourself some timeout if you want to solve a problem.  It also says there that you should surround yourself with positive energies to let ideas flow freely into your mind.  He suggests taking a run at the park, brisk walk or have a coffee at your favorite coffeshop... do the things that will make your mind and body relax.  So, now I am thinking of what relaxing thing I should do to let ideas flow.   Sleep.

Blogger keeps on impressing me with their innovations--new templates and now incorporating status tracker on to the site as opposed to looking at my blog's performance in Google Analytics .  I just noticed it now while updating my shoe blog .  Maybe it is the reason why all my Analytics data are somewhat inaccurate in the past few days.  I hope they will incorporate Feedburner , Webmaster Tools , too.  Keep it up Blogger Team!

Waiting for Wednesday to come seems like waiting forever.  I have no internet connection since Friday and my virtual world has turned upside down.  Now, I have to wait in line to use a computer with internet access in my neighbor's internet cafe... that means limited time too because my son's 'stay put' mode only happens in 10 minutes per day.  I don't know how long I can live up to this.  Yesterday, I bought 5 DVDs to keep me company at night.  I don't deserve this, I have been a really good girl.
