Sunday Musing: Endless Sea of Thought

Image
We are but a soul sailing the endless sea of thought.  We always seek answers that lead to another  Never ending cycle of questioning our beliefs,  Our morality, the essence of our being.  We are but a dolphin, swimming in the depths of our thoughts,  Occasionally surfacing to release air of emotions  And to breathe again the promises of life that is colorful Wild, and free beneath the recesses of our minds.

Christmas Gift Giving 2014

I didn't let the Yuletide Season to pass without teaching my child the value of love and sharing. I have a busy schedule and I know it's the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with him.  Last December 18, we went to the relocation area of Yolanda survivors in Isla Bonita, Rosario, Cavite to give gifts to children and to give them soup to warm their stomachs. We were with other employees and their kids.  There were singing, dancing and games. Everyone was happy. Seeing smiles on their faces are so precious. I could tell from the look in my son's eyes that he learned some valuable life lessons from that experience.

No stress

Stress and strain have caught up with me, but your commandments are my joy! (Psalms 119:143 CEB) No matter how stressful the day may be, when you love something you do and you believe that you are doing it for God's glory, stress becomes irrelevant.

Goodbye, Oprah!

Oprah announced in 2009 that her show will soon come to an end. She made it public and her fans, including me, were left astounded. Why would she end something so great? God has plans, and surely, Oprah has, too. The well thought of plan was soon understood and accepted... it is time to move on. Yesterday, The Oprah Show officially signed off in front of hundreds of live audiences and millions of viewers at home.  Goodbye, Oprah! We will miss the happy headaches.
