Dream Interpretation: Packing

I had a dream last night that I was packing clothes, not for a trip, but just packing clothes that I don't need anymore.  It was the first time I dreamed about it and I had to research for the meaning of my dream.

According to Dream Moods, dreaming about packing signifies big changes in my life.  I am putting past issues to test or past relationships behind me.  It can also mean that it represents the burden that I carry.

According to Way of Tao, "The idea of packing reveals what you currently consider to be so important that you need to carry it with you.  Often you will ‘forget’ to pack something or experience drama surrounding the actual packing experience as a way of exploring a transition or the idea of letting something go. Representing ‘baggage,’ or what you may need to release as you move forward, this is a classic dream that occurs during transformative periods. Generally packing clothing, you are trying on new 'costumes' or eliminating or exploring the identity as you interact with the world."

Prince William and Kate Middleton: A Fairytale Wedding

I am one of the billion watchers from all over the world who eagerly watched the exchange of vows of the most famous couple of the century--Prince William and Kate Middleton. I actually was teary eyed while I watch Kate walk down the aisle and when she and Prince William walked on the aisle for the first time as husband and wife. It was a really touching experience although I only saw it on television.  Perhaps the most awaited reveal of the wedding is the designer of Kate's dress. Well, lo and behold, it was Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen! The dress is reminiscent of Grace Kelly's wedding dress --classy and not as grand as everybody expected it to be--but, nevertheless, seeing her in a McQueen dress is an unforgettable moment in fashion and it will surely be on the list of the most iconic dresses of all time. Hostage Drama Is Not Yet Over

I feel sad about what happened at the Quirino Grandstand a few days ago.  I purposely did not blog about it while it was happening to at least show respect for the people who are in a very difficult situation.  After many hours of negotiation that ended in a bloodbath, I just feel sorrier for the victims and my fellow Filipinos who had nothing to do with what happened that day.  I have read so many articles about countries hating the Philippines because of the tragic event.  Just now in the news, one of our Senators had a taste of their anger when an airport official in Hong Kong allegedly threw his passport.   I feel bad about the deranged former policeman, too.  He was dismissed from service because of grave misconduct and administrative charges filed against him and three other policemen when they allegedly planted a drug evidence to a chef who works in a hotel in Manila.  Justice is still not served at the time of this writing.  He was an accomplished police officer as proven by t
