Who Are They Wearing: The Oscars 2010

Congratulations Sandy!  I think Sandra Bullock is the best dressed during the Oscars.  She is wearing a beaded Marchesa gown that made her statuesque.  Her hair and makeup are flawless... even if she didn't win (but she won!), this look is 100% a winner.

This is a different take on what Cameron usually wears during any awards night.  I thought she'd wear something like Maggie Gyllenhaal's or a brighter colored version of Kristen Stewart's.  This glittery gown by Oscar Dela Renta looks stunning on her.  Her hair made her look like somebody else but nevertheless, she looks great.

Motherhood really made Nicole Richie bloom!  After having two cute babies, Nicole emerged to become a lovely butterfly and this picture proves that.  No other Hollywood celeb can pull off this Reem Arca number.  In front, she looks sophisticated and reserved but at the back, she screams I am a sexy woman.

Another unexpected number from Sarah Jessica Parker.  You can love her or hate her for this dress but she pulled it off.  Last year's Oscars, she wore a 50's inspired frock by Dior and this year she wears a 60's inspired column gown by Chanel... hmmnn, maybe next year she'll wear a 70's inspired gown, don't you think?

Carey Mulligan is so darn cute.  From afar, this gown by Prada is anything but the usual beaded black gown but closely, the beads are actually shaped into forks, knives and other unusual shapes for a formal gown.  My only concern is the asymmetrical front that showed off her not-so-nice shoes.

This is too disappointing but yes, Charlize Theron is the worst dressed of the evening.  If she didn't let the rosettes hug her girls, she may pass on for the safe zone.  Another disappointment is that this dress is by Dior.  I thought Dior and Charlize are the best red carpet tandem.
