Let me begin this post by saying 'Thank you!' for supporting Random Thoughts. It wouldn't have gone this far if it weren't for your visits. I hope you'll keep up with me for a longer time.
Who would have thought that hidden behind the tall camp fence and heavily guarded perimeter is a beach?! Not just a beach, but an actual resort wherein you and your family and friends can enjoy the crystal blue water and white sand. The Marines Beach Resort or Boracay de Cavite is located at Ternate, Cavite, 2 to 2 1/2 hours away from Manila. At 100 pesos entrance fee and 350 pesos cottage fee, you get to experience the beach at its best. The resort is open everyday except during Balikatan Exercises of the US and Philippine Marines. Here is how you get there... View Larger Map Click after the jump to see more photos...
Photo from Huffington Post . Congratulations to the newly weds! The dress is reminiscent of Grace Kelly's wedding dress --classy and not as grand as everybody expected it to be--but, nevertheless, seeing her in a McQueen dress is an unforgettable moment in fashion and it will surely be on the list of the most iconic dresses of all time. Her shoes are by McQueen, too. And, Queen Elizabeth II is so gracious to lent her the 1936 Carti...
This is the place where I was tempted by Jose. Qubo Qabana is a resort/hotel in Langkaan, DasmariƱas, just a few minutes away from SM City and Robinson's along Governor's Drive. It is not a big resort but they have almost everything a tourist can ask for. View from the inside of the entrance where large groups can rent the function halls. The KTV rooms on the left. The bar where anyone can have a drink or quick snack. The stage where live bands perform on regular schedules. The pool. It is not that big but it is definitely cute. On the backdrop is the hotel. The cottages. Qubo Qabana at night.
