I had the worst nightmare yesterday and it is something that I would never forget. I hardly had sleep the night before that because my adrenaline supply was so high.  I finally got to sleep at around 3 in the morning.  I woke up really late the next morning and thought of not reporting to work because of severe headache .  I had my usual morning ritual with my son and I went back to bed at around 10 to have more sleep.  After a few minutes and lying down, I fell asleep. I don't know if I was in a trance , I know that I was asleep but I could hear Lance's and his Nanny's voice while they were playing in the living room.  Suddenly, I felt a cold air brushing on my feet and "seeing" a black mist entering my body and I became paralyzed.  I thought this is bad and that I have to wake up, if I was indeed still asleep.  I was trying to move but couldn't, it felt like the spirit is controlling my entire body.  I conditioned myself to be calm and thin...
